人才是熟练掌握专门知识技术.具备精湛的操作技能,并在工作实践中能够解决关键技术和工艺操作性难题的人员。科技人才是第一生产力的开拓者。科技人才是知识和科技的载体,是知识的生产、分配、传播与应用的主题或带头人。一般情况下,在IT公司里,员工们都是因为他们的技术知识得到提升的。事实上,很多被提升的人都得意于某种管理培训。因此,加强对IT人才培训对计算机技术的更新和应用具有重要作用。
Talent is a person skilled in mastery of know-how skills, capable of handling skill sets and solving operational and technical problems in the workplace. Talent is the pioneer of the first productive forces. Scientific and technical personnel are the carriers of knowledge and technology and the theme or leader of the production, distribution, dissemination and application of knowledge. Under normal circumstances, in IT companies, employees are promoted because of their technical knowledge. In fact, many of the promoted people are interested in some kind of management training. Therefore, strengthening the training of IT personnel plays an important role in the updating and application of computer technology.
