目的:评价山茱萸不同生长期多糖含量变化的动态积累。方法:以硫酸-蒽酮法测定不同生长期山茱萸中多糖的含量。结果:山茱萸中多糖的含量呈规律性变化,在果实成熟时多糖的含量较高。结论:该文结果可为山茱萸规范化种植以及药材的采收加工提供科学依据。
Objective: To evaluate the dynamic accumulation of polysaccharides in different growth stages of Cornus officinalis. Methods: The contents of polysaccharides in Cornus officinalis at different growth stages were determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone method. Results: The content of polysaccharides in Cornus officinalis changed regularly, and the content of polysaccharides was higher when the fruit matured. Conclusion: The results of this paper can provide a scientific basis for the standardized cultivation of Cornus officinalis and the harvesting and processing of medicinal materials.
