乌溪江水电厂的微机实时监控,系统采用分层分布总线结构。设备监控层以单片机为主体,完成对机组及开关站的运行参数、开关位置信号的采集和机组自动调控。电站监控层选用 ACTION 386工控机,采用双机热备用方式。实现站内经济运行;接受电网AGC 系统的控制命令,参加电网经济运行。实现运行数据的自动记录和管理。故障自诊断专家系统将有效地协助运行人员快速处理各种事故,恢复供电,避免事故扩大。在两级电站监控系统全部完成后,还准备建立梯级监控系统,且与水情自动测报系统通讯,实现水库优化调度。届时将能获得更高的社会效益。
