民族地区高师应坚持用多元音乐文化理念指导声乐校本课程建设,彰显声乐教育的民族化特色;建立民族民间音乐资源库,为声乐校本课程的构建及实施提供音乐样本;完善声乐校本课程的传承机制,形成培养传承人的工作母机;建立声乐校本课程的采风基地,组织学生深入开展艺术实践活动;加强声乐校本课程构建与实施的主体资源建设;优化声乐校本课程设计,合理调整民族音乐教学结构;积极探索和创新声乐校本课程的教学方式方法。
