化学发光是指在某些特殊的化学反应中,反应的中间体或产物由于吸收了反应释放的化学能而处于电子激发态,当其回到基态时伴随产生光辐射的现象。根据化学发光反应在某一时刻的发光强度或反应的发光总量来确定反应中相应组分含量的分析方法称作化学发光分析。鲁米诺化学发光体系是最具有代表性的经典分析体系之一,这种分析方法具有所用仪器设备简单、操作方便、线性范围宽、灵敏度高、易于实现自动化等诸多优点,常用来作为微量分析和痕量分析手段在分析领域中广泛应用。
