采用溶血试验测定了郑州和洛阳2热电厂生产性粉尘的细胞毒性。结果表明:2厂粉尘的溶血指数均低于石英(P<005),锅炉灰粉的溶血指数大于煤尘(P<005),但郑州热电厂锅炉灰粉的溶血指数(07151)又明显高于洛阳热电厂(03132,P<005),此结果与两厂的尘肺流行病学调查结果相符合。提示:2厂尘肺患病率的差异可能与锅炉灰粉的细胞毒性不同有关
The hemolysis test was used to determine the cytotoxicity of productive dust in Zhengzhou 2 and Luoyang 2 cogeneration plants. The results showed that the haemolytic index of two factories dust was lower than that of quartz (P <005), and the hemolysis index of boiler ash was greater than that of coal dust (P0.05) 7151) was significantly higher than that of Luoyang Thermal Power Plant (03132, P <005). This result was consistent with the pneumoconiosis survey results of the two plants. Tip: The difference between the prevalence of pneumoconiosis in factory 2 may be related to the different cytotoxicity of boiler ash
