随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,数学,作为研究现实世界的空间形式和数量关系的科学,其理论已广泛地运用到自然科学和技术的各个部门,对人类认识自然和改造自然,起着重要的作用。 运用数学建构理论模型,是美国著名学者威廉姆·卢卡斯(William F.Lucas)的力作,该著以《运用数学建构理论模型》为题,共四卷,在全世界颇有影响,而在这方面,我们国家还是空白。现将该著第二卷——《政治模型和其他有关模型》第一章——“运用数学建构理论模型的具体程序和方法”译成汉文,共借鉴。
