笔者收集本院等2001/2008-10共15例确诊为真菌肺部感染的患者进行回顾性X线片和CT表现的认识分析,旨在加强提高对其影像表现认识,提高早期诊断的准确率。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男11例,女4例,年龄50~76(平均60)岁。14例念珠菌感染,1例为曲霉菌感染。本组均有基础性疾病肝硬化
The author collected from our hospital 2001/2008-10 15 cases were diagnosed as fungal lung infection in patients with retrospective X-ray and CT findings of cognitive analysis, to enhance awareness of its enhanced imaging performance, improve the accuracy of early diagnosis . 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 11 males and 4 females, aged 50 to 76 (average 60) years old. 14 cases of Candida infection, 1 case of Aspergillus infection. This group has a basic disease of liver cirrhosis
