哺乳动物细胞DNA碱基损伤是基因毒素所致DNA损伤事件中最主要的损伤类型;无嘌呤/无嘧啶碱基位点是DNA分子频发生成的结构损伤。DNA糖苷酶、AP内切核酸酶等DNA修复酶借助碱基切除修复机制修复这些损伤,在DNA损伤修复中起关键作用。
DNA base damage in mammalian cells is the most important type of DNA damage caused by genotoxins; apurinic / apyrimidinic base sites are structural damage frequently caused by DNA molecules. DNA repair enzymes such as DNA glycosidase and AP endonuclease repair these damages by means of base excision repair and play a key role in DNA damage repair.
