采用免疫放射分析法（IRMA）检测51例临床拟诊为心肌炎患儿血清中的心肌钙蛋白Ⅰ（CTnI），结果阳性20例，阳性率39．2％，显著高于正常儿童组（5．0％），表明CTnI检测对小儿心肌炎具有诊断价值。
Serum troponin Ⅰ (CTnI) was detected by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) in 51 patients with clinically diagnosed myocarditis.
