过热汽温被控对象具有大惯性、大迟延特性且对象参数随负荷变化较大,为此,该文提出了过热汽温的多模型内模控制策略并成功应用于长兴电厂#2机组1 024 t/h超高压锅炉。根据机组负荷的运行范围,在5个典型的工况点建立了被控对象的模型,基于对象模型设计了5个内模控制器并采用输出加权的方式来形成控制器的最终输出信号,以实现过热汽温的宽负荷控制。从控制系统的投运效果看,无论对于稳态过程或负荷变化过程,过热汽温都能维持在要求的控制范围内,能够有效保证机组的安全经济运行。
In this paper, a multi-model internal model control strategy of superheated steam temperature is proposed and successfully applied in Changxing Power Plant # 2 Unit 1 024 t / h super high pressure boiler. According to the operating range of the unit load, a model of the controlled object is established in five typical working conditions. Five internal mode controllers are designed based on the object model and the output of the controller is used to form the final output signal of the controller. To achieve a wide range of superheated steam temperature control. From the control system put into operation results, regardless of the steady-state process or load changes, the superheated steam temperature can be maintained within the required control range, which can effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
