本文在研究汽轮齿轮机组设计中各个环节优化设计的基础上。提出了汽轮齿轮机组分层设计最优化方法。其中主要环节包括:汽轮机—冷凝器—齿轮装置整体初步设计多目标优化;汽轮机本体初步设计效率优化;冷凝器初步设计总重量优化;齿轮减速器初步设计重量优化;一般压力级和级组多目标优化;复速级效率优化。所述方法在某型机组概念设计中得到应用。
This article is based on the research of optimal design of each link in the design of steam turbine gear unit. The stratified design optimization method of steam turbine gear unit is put forward.
