随着我国教育格局发生的根本性变化,职业教育的生源几乎全部来自初中生,他们普遍存在着文化基础知识水平偏低的问题。学生的实际情况和知识层次的差异,与统一教学的实际需求产生了矛盾,分层教学是中职学校进行有目的、有针对性地实施教学改革的要求。
With the fundamental changes in the educational pattern in our country, almost all the students of vocational education come from junior middle school students. They generally have the problem of low level of basic knowledge of culture. The differences between students’ actual situation and knowledge level have contradicted with the actual demand of unified teaching. The teaching in different levels is the requirement of vocational schools to carry out the teaching reform purposefully and purposefully.
