目的探讨核心蛋白聚糖在乳牙根生理性吸收中的表达情况。方法选取临床上拔除的处于吸收期的完好乳前牙作为试验组,以外伤脱位且牙根未吸收的乳牙为对照,运用免疫组织化学的方法来检测核心蛋白聚糖在乳牙根生理性吸收期间的表达情况。结果实验组核心蛋白聚糖在成牙本质细胞层中呈现高表达,对照组核心蛋白聚糖在成牙本质细胞层中为弱表达,两者间存在显著差异(P<0.05);而在牙髓细胞间质中的表达并无明显差异。结论核心蛋白聚糖在人乳牙牙根生理性吸收期的成牙本质细胞层中呈高表达,其可能对乳牙根的吸收起到促进作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of decorin in physiological absorption of primary root. Methods Totally intact anterior teeth extracted during clinical period were selected as the experimental group. The deciduous teeth without deciduous tooth root were used as controls. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of decorin during physiological absorption period Express the situation. Results The expression of decorin in experimental group was highly expressed in odontoblasts and that of decorin in the control group was weakly expressed in the control group (P <0.05). However, There was no significant difference in the expression of mesenchymal cells. Conclusions Decorin is highly expressed in the odontoblasts during the period of physiological absorption of human deciduous teeth, which may promote the absorption of root of the deciduous teeth.
