今年5月1日,广州飞机维修工程有限公司（GAMECO）的新任总经理韦敬德先生走马上任。本刊记者随即对他进行了采访,请他就GAMECO的现状、发展前景等谈谈自己的看法。韦敬德先生愉快地接受了采访。下文根据采访纪录整理而成,编辑做了文字删节。
On May 1 of this year, Mr. Wei Jingde, the new general manager of Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. (GAMECO) took office. The reporter then conducted an interview with him and asked him to talk about his views on GAMECO’s current status and development prospects. Mr. Wei Jingde accepted the interview happily.
