医保定点医院既是向参保人员提供基本医疗服务和消费的主体,又是直接控制医疗费用的载体,还是具体与参保人员直接解释、沟通、落实医保政策的场所。加强定点医院管理是遏制医保基金流失问题的重要途径,笔者通过对定点医院存在问题的分析,提出加强定点医院管理的措施。
Medicare and fixed-point hospitals are not only the main providers of basic medical services and consumption to insured persons, but also the carriers that directly control the medical expenses or the places where medical insurance policies are directly explained, communicated and implemented with the insured persons. To strengthen the designated hospital management is to curb the loss of health insurance fund an important way, the author through the analysis of the existing problems in designated hospitals, put forward measures to strengthen the management of designated hospitals.
