运用盐酸万乃洛韦对单疱病毒性角膜炎 3种临床类型进行对比治疗 ,并在树枝状或地图状上皮性角膜炎 (定为 型 )设置对照组。盐酸万乃洛韦每次 30 0 mg,每天 2次 ,疗程 7d,对 3种临床类型角膜炎都有明显疗效 ,尤其对 型病变疗效更好 ,治愈率达 98.2 % ;与吗啉胍 (病毒灵 )比较 ,两者差异显著 ,盐酸万乃洛韦疗效明显优于吗啉胍 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且冶疗后 3个月、6个月复发次数与对照组比较明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 )。
Three kinds of clinical models of herpes simplex virus keratitis were treated with valacyclovir hydrochloride and the control group was set up in dendritic or dermal keratitis. Each of 100 mg of valacyclovir hydrochloride every 30 mg twice daily for 7 days has obvious curative effect on all three clinical types of keratitis, especially on type of lesions, with a cure rate of 98.2%. Compared with morpholine guanidine (virus Ling), the difference between the two was significant. The efficacy of valacyclovir hydrochloride was significantly better than that of morpholine guanidine (P <0.05), and the number of recurrence at 3 months and 6 months after treatment was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group P <0. 05).
