黄浦江上游航道是上海市“一环十射”内河干线航道规划网中十分重要的航段,已被列入长江黄金水道建设系列工程项目之一。它与市内主要航道相通,从而成为上海市水网连接江苏、浙江的咽喉要道,是上海市航道内船流密度最高的航段之一。为提高航运标准,该段航道需进行整治,但横潦泾大桥原状桥下净空尺度不满足整治后的Ⅲ级航道要求,故需要抬高桥面标高对老桥进行改造。如前所述(横潦泾大桥相关技术指标,回见P88),根据整治工程研究结果,横潦泾大桥需提升1.58米以满足航道规划要求。
The upper reaches of the Huangpu River is a very important segment of Shanghai’s “One Ring, Ten Shoots,” inland waterway network of the Inland Waterway, which has been listed as one of a series of projects for the construction of the golden waterway in the Yangtze River. It is connected with the main waterway in the city, making it the throat of Shanghai Water Network connecting Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces, and one of the sections with the highest flow density in the Shanghai Waterway. In order to improve the shipping standard, the section of waterway needs to be rehabilitated. However, the clearance scale of the original bridge under the Hengliujing Bridge does not meet the requirements of Grade III waterway after remediation. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade the elevation of the bridge deck to rebuild the old bridge. As mentioned above (horizontal liao Jing Bridge related technical indicators, see P88), according to the renovation project research results, horizontal liao Jing Bridge need to upgrade 1.58 meters to meet the waterway planning requirements.
