心脏起搏器对缓慢型心律失常伴阿一斯综合征发作是一有效的现代治疗手段。我院自1989年安置心脏起搏器10例(单腔永久起搏器4例,双腔永久起搏器1例,临时体外起搏5例),体会如下。一、起搏术开展初期对高龄患者有一定限制,随着操作技术的提高,适应症明显放宽,只要没有严重心衰表现任何年龄都可应用。我院安装起搏器最大年龄为92岁,诊断为冠心病、Ⅲ°AVB,术前有心功能不全表现,经一段抗心衰治疗,症状改善后给以安装永久心脏
Pacemaker is an effective modern treatment for the onset of arrhythmia in Aries syndrome.
