目的:研究纤连蛋白(FN)在非侵蚀性(NIHM)和侵蚀性葡萄胎(IHM)的免疫组化相关性。方法:采用免疫组化法观察了FN在NIHM和IHM的分布。结果:FN在NIHM增殖绒毛的细胞滋养细胞接触面和基底膜中呈阳性或强阳性着色,在大绒毛外细胞的胞浆呈强染,在小绒毛外细胞和合体滋养细胞的核中分别呈阳性或弱阳性着色,基质细胞无着色。FN在IHM的绒毛和绒毛外滋养细胞浆中呈阳性着色;在基质细胞的胞外基质中呈弱阳性,着色均匀,无网状纤维形成,在滋养细胞基底膜中呈阴性。结论:FN在IHM及NIHM中的表达明显不同,NIHM增殖绒毛的FN较IHM明显增强。
Objective: To investigate the immunohistochemical relevance of fibronectin (FN) in non-invasive (NIHM) and invasive hydatidiform mole (IHM). Methods: The distribution of FN in NIHM and IHM was observed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: FN was positive or strongly positive staining in the contact surface of NIHM villi cytotrophoblast and basilar membrane, and strongly stained in the cytoplasm of extravillous cells of the extravilli, respectively. In the nuclei of extravillous cells and syncytiotrophoblasts, Positive or weak positive staining, stromal cells without coloring. FN was positive in the extranodal trophozoite cells of IHM, but weakly positive in the extracellular matrix of stromal cells. The FN was well colored, without reticular fibers and negative in the basal membrane of trophoblast cells. Conclusion: The expression of FN in IHM and NIHM is obviously different. The FN of NIHM hypervariable villus is obviously higher than IHM.
