我国集成电路重点发展的五大支柱企业之一的华越微电子有限公司5英寸MOSFET生产线近期正式建成投产。 5英寸MOSFET生产线建设项目是华越为进一步拓展产品门类、提升工艺水平而实施的又一项战略调整,具有0.8μm～1.2μmMOS工艺水平,设计产能为每年24万片。该项目的建成投产标志着华越在分立器件产品制造领域、MOS工艺技术领域进入了新的发展期,圆片加工技术和加工产能也跨上了一个新台阶。
China’s IC focus on the development of one of the five pillars of China Vietnam Microelectronics Co., Ltd. 5-inch MOSFET production line recently officially put into operation. The 5-inch MOSFET production line construction project is another strategic adjustment of Hua Yue to further expand the product category and improve the technological level. It has a 0.8μm ~ 1.2μm MOS technology level and a designed production capacity of 240,000 pieces per year. The completion of this project marks that Huahue has entered a new stage of development in the field of manufacturing of discrete devices and MOS technology. The wafer processing technology and processing capacity have also stepped into a new stage.
