从中央到地方,各级电视媒体都在努力打造自己的品牌,以求三分天下有其一。中央电视台凭借《新闻联播》、《焦点访谈》等品牌,占尽天下优势;湖南电视台依仗《晚间新闻》、《快乐大本营》等品牌,尽显潇湘风流。市州一级广电媒体覆盖范围窄,人力财力物力均不能望中央、省级媒体项背,如何创立自己的品牌呢?笔者认为,多家媒体联合起来,整合资源,集合优势,融合智慧,吸取社会精华,借助各方力量,共同打造同一品牌,不失为一条切实可行的成功之路。市级广电系统通常拥有电台、电视台和广播电视报三个媒体,这三个媒体虽各有优势,但都有不可克服的弱点。这
