目的为了尽可能减少脑部手术造成的功能损害,最大限度提高和改善病人的生活质量。结果研制出一种新型高精度脑立体定向手术系统。方法它利用三维重建技术,在CT、MRI或DSA影像指导下,经计算机计精确算和仿真校验后,最后运用新型高精度脑立体定向手术仪进行各种脑部手术。结论该系统不仅具有病变显示直观、定位准确、使用方便的显著优点,而且具有精度自保证的手术仿真,极大地保证了手术的安全和准确。
Objective To minimize functional impairment caused by brain surgery and maximize and improve the patient’s quality of life. Results A new type of high accuracy brain stereotactic surgery system was developed. Methods It uses three-dimensional reconstruction technology, under the guidance of CT, MRI or DSA images, after computerized calculation and simulation verification, and finally using a new type of high-precision brain stereotactic surgery instrument for a variety of brain surgery. Conclusion The system not only has the obvious advantages of intuitive display of lesions, accurate positioning and convenient use, but also has a self-assured surgical simulation, which greatly ensures the safety and accuracy of the operation.
