In order to promote the teaching reform of vocal music in normal colleges, improve the quality of vocal music teaching and cultivate qualified teachers who can meet the needs of basic music education, the council decided to hold the “Symposium on Vocal Music Teaching in Teachers Colleges and Universities in China” and set up the “Academic Committee of Vocal Music” during this conference.
