在对熔渣金属连续逆流接触方式进行假设与简化的基础上,建立了铁水注入阶段熔渣铁水逆流接触模型与数学模型,并根据模型进行了电渣铁水脱硫实验。利用该模型对铁水注入阶段脱硫的影响因素进行了分析,讨论了提高脱硫效率、降低消耗的途径;实验结果与计算结果基本吻合。
Based on the assumptions and simplifications of continuous countercurrent contact of molten slag, a countercurrent contact model and mathematic model of molten ladle molten iron was established. The desulfurization experiments of electroslag hot metal were carried out according to the model. The influential factors of desulphurization during hot metal injection were analyzed by using the model. The ways to improve the desulphurization efficiency and reduce the consumption were discussed. The experimental results were in good agreement with the calculated results.
