本文报道对40例成人尸体颈柱,由C_(3~7)分离成200个颈椎,由轴位摄制X线平片。分别测得颈椎管总矢状径平均为13.71±1.31mm,横径为24.15±1.91mm;相应颈髓总矢状径平均为7.99±1.01mm,横径为13.35±1.64mm。用求积仪测得椎管总面积平均为239.35±41.78mm~2;颈髓总面积平均106.6±19.9mm~2。经微机算出椎孔与颈髓面积的多元线性回归方程。将测出的椎孔或颈髓径线代入方程即可算出面积,为诊断颈椎病和椎管狭窄提供一种新方法。
In this paper, 40 adult cadaveric cervical vertebrae were isolated and separated into 200 cervical vertebrae by C_ (3 ~ 7). The axial plain radiographs were taken. The average total sagittal diameter of cervical canal was measured as 13.71 ± 1.31mm and horizontal diameter as 24.15 ± 1.91mm respectively. The corresponding total sagittal sagittal diameter was 7.99 ± 1.01mm and diameter was 13.35 ± 1.64mm. The total area of the spinal canal was 239.35 ± 41.78mm ~ 2 measured by the plotter. The total area of the cervical spinal cord was 106.6 ± 19.9mm ~ 2. The computer calculated vertebral hole and cervical spinal area multiple linear regression equation. The measured diameter of the foramen or cervical spinal cord into the equation to calculate the area for the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis and spinal stenosis provides a new method.
