教师备课是在教学过程中的一项十分重要的环节,将所讲课程进行提前备课是教师是否能够将好课的前提条件。在大学英语的教学中,传统的教师自己备课已经逐渐不能跟上教育发展的趋势,集体备课的形式以及逐渐取缔了自己备课。教师之间集体进行备课,不仅可能增进教师之间的感情,同时还可以在备课的过程中与其他教师进行学术交流,进学校的教育资源进行不断开发和利用,同时利用教师丰富的教学经验,提高教学质量与教学效果。
