目的探讨鼻内接触性头痛的治疗方法。方法对134例鼻内接触性头痛患者,根据其具体病情,采用鼻中隔矫正术和(或)下鼻甲部分切除术或黏骨膜下切除术或骨折外移术或下鼻甲微波治疗。结果术后随访2~36个月,鼻中隔偏曲术后头痛治愈率为88.9%,鼻中隔偏曲伴慢性肥厚性鼻炎术后治愈率为85.5%,单纯为双下鼻甲微波治疗后治愈率86.1%。结论通过经鼻内镜下行鼻中隔矫正术和/或下鼻甲手术或下鼻甲微波治疗,对于解除鼻内接触性头痛可获良好效果。
Objective To explore the treatment of intranasal contact headache. Methods 134 cases of intranasal contact headache patients, according to their specific conditions, the use of nasal septum surgery and (or) inferior turbinate partial resection or subperiostectomy or fracture surgery or inferior turbinate microwave treatment. Results The postoperative follow-up ranged from 2 to 36 months. The cure rate of headache after nasal septum deviation was 88.9%. The postoperative cure rate of nasal septum deviation with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis was 85.5%. The cure rate of double inferior turbinate microwave treatment was 86.1% . Conclusions Transnasal endoscopic septoplasty and / or inferior turbinate surgery or inferior turbinate microwave therapy can achieve good results in relieving intranasal contact headache.
