目的探讨伴腺样体肥大的儿童分泌性中耳炎的治疗。方法对150例(200耳)分泌性中耳炎儿童中80例(85耳)腺样体肥大的儿童,均采用经口腺样体切除术。结果 80例患儿耳堵、耳闭塞感消失,术后配合药物治疗,分泌性中耳炎痊愈。结论腺样切除术是儿童分泌性中耳炎的有效治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the treatment of secretory otitis media in children with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods A total of 80 cases (85 ears) of children with secretory otitis media from 150 cases (200 ears) of adenoid hypertrophy were treated with transoral adenoidectomy. Results 80 cases of children with ear plug, ear occlusion disappeared, with postoperative medication, secretory otitis media healed. Conclusions Adenotubes resection is an effective treatment for secretory otitis media in children.
