近年来,中、小河流群众性治河造地发展很快,积累了不少经验,同时也出现一些问题。本文对晋、陕等省区治河造地的经验和当前存在的问题进行了初步概括,值得有关单位注意和参考。各地可结合本地的实际情况,进一步加强观测研究,认真总结经验,不断提高治河造地的科学技术水平,更好地为以改土、治水为中心的农田基本建设伟大事业服务。
In recent years, the medium and small rivers have made rapid progress in massively controlling rivers and making little land, accumulating a lot of experience and also some problems. This paper carries out a preliminary summary of the experience and current problems in the construction of rivers and lakes in Shanxi, Shaanxi and other provinces, which deserves the attention and reference of the relevant units. All localities may, in light of the actual conditions in the region, further strengthen their observational studies, conscientiously sum up experiences and constantly improve the scientific and technological level of water and land improvement so as to better serve the great cause of farmland infrastructure construction centered on soil improvement and water control.
