随着我区电力工业的迅猛发展,火电装机容量日益增加,新的机组不断地投入运行,近年来火电煤总耗量已增至每年200万吨,排灰渣总量约80万吨。由于煤灰综合利用尚未普遍开展,这些灰渣绝火部分均排入江河,造成对自然环境的污染。这是一个值得注意的问题。在毛主席的无产阶级革命路线指引下,在区党委和地方各级党委的领导下,有关部门对煤渣的综合利用进行了研究和应用,如利用煤渣制砖、烧制粉煤灰水泥以及利用粉煤灰作砼掺合料等,积累了一些经验。利用粉煤灰作砼掺台料是消除三废、化害为利的有效措施。它不仅是粉煤灰综合利用的途径之一,而且可以节约水泥,降低砼成本,改善砼性能,方便施工。因此也是基本建设增产
