双马来酰亚胺(BMI)作为聚酰亚胺树脂的单体,其纯度不高会造成后期加工成型工艺难以控制,并对最终材料的性能造成影响。经过对其提纯工艺的研究,发现采用微孔过滤,而后乙醇洗涤的方案,能够便捷的将产品纯度提高到98%以上。同时,对凝胶时间的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,产品中甲苯不溶性杂质对凝胶时间的影响较大,适量的过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)能有效促进凝胶的形成。
Bismaleimide (BMI) as a polyimide resin monomer, its purity is not high will cause post-processing molding process is difficult to control, and the final material performance impact. After the purification of its research, found that the use of microporous filtration, and then ethanol washing program, can easily increase the purity of products to more than 98%. At the same time, the influence factors of gel time were studied. The results showed that insoluble impurities of toluene in the product had a great influence on the gel time. Appropriate amount of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) could effectively promote the formation of gel.
