随着国库集中收付制度改革的深入,其在体制、机制、制度、源头上遏制和防范腐败的成效逐步显现,政府宏观调控能力逐步增强,但执行效果离预期目标还有一定差距。本文拟通过从扩大覆盖范围、提高执行效率、深化配套改革等方面进一步阐述推进国库集中收付制度向纵深发展的建议与措施。
With the deepening reform of centralized Treasury receipt and payment system, its effectiveness of containing and preventing corruption in the system, mechanism, system and source has gradually emerged. The government’s macro-control capability has been gradually enhanced. However, there is still a long way to go to achieve the desired results. This article intends to elaborate further the suggestions and measures for promoting the treasury centralized payment and payment system in depth by expanding the coverage, improving the efficiency of enforcement and deepening the reform of supporting facilities.
