近日,徐工针对山体隧道施工需求自主研发的XTR260型悬臂式隧道掘进机成功下线,标志着徐工正式进入山体隧道施工领域。传统的钻爆法,施工危险且断面尺寸不可控、成本高、效率低,不能满足隧道施工安全和低成本高效率的需求。2013年,徐工大胆将煤矿掘进机用于隧道施工领域,开发出适应岩石掘进的硬岩型掘进机,赢得了市场先机。但硬岩型掘进机应用于隧道施工在截割幅度、物料装运、整车结构及高压供电等方面存在局限性,且切割高度较小。
