The article “On Lu Xun” is a speech made by Comrade Mao Tse-tung on the occasion of the anniversary of the death of Lu Xun, a public school in northern Shaanxi Province, on October 19, 1937. While the people of the country solemnly commemorated the centennial of Lu Xun’s birth, this important speech was publicly published on the People’s Daily on September 22, 1981. Northern Shaanxi public school is referred to as “Shaanxi Gong.” September 1937 was established in Yan’an.
