In 1986, North China Aluminum Processing Plant introduced a 3C super-casting mill from the French company Piccchino. During the test, we found that the total return pipe suddenly had a great pressure when the cutting cylinder of the cutting machine ran to the mid-point Impact, the oil return manifold and tank violent vibration. We have analyzed this issue and have come up with solutions. Figure 1 is a hydraulic shear circuit diagram.
