患者女性,25岁,回族。近2个月来无诱因感小腹疼痛,并在耻骨上扪及一鸡蛋大小的肿块,质地软,可活动,按压痛明显。在外院B超检查怀疑为脐尿管囊肿。入我院后B超检查提示膀胱区实质性占位。膀胱碘水造影显示膀胱充盈良好,与肿块不相通。膀胱镜检查未见异常。妇科检查:双附件(一),右侧盆腔内可扪及一鸡蛋大小的肿块,可活动,似囊性,肿块与子宫无关。在连续硬膜外麻
