异紫堇啡碱(Isocorydine,ISOC)是从罂粟科植物秃疮花〔Dicranostigma Leptopodum(Maxim.)Fedde〕全草中分离提纯的一种生物碱。近几年来,该药对心血管系统的作用受到了人们的重视,有报道指出,此生物碱能解除动静脉血管平滑肌痉挛,增加冠脉流量,影响血液动力学参数,对几种心律失常模型具有对抗作用。同步观察ISOC对心肌细胞动作电位和收缩力的作用,对阐明其抗心律失常的作用机制是有帮助的。为此,我们研究了ISOC对正常及高K~+除极豚鼠心乳头肌动作电位和机械收缩力的影响。

Simultaneous observation of the effects of ISOC on the action potential and contractility of cardiomyocytes is helpful in clarifying the mechanism of action of anti-arrhythmia. To this end, we investigated the effects of ISOC on the action potentials and mechanical contractility of the heart papillary muscles in normal and high K ~ + guinea pigs.
