通过电子计算机对十个协作单位五个中药剂型的800个上层液与混悬液细菌总数测定数据及二个西药剂型160个测定数据进行方差分析,结果表明“差异非常显著”。混悬液能真实反映药品供试液的实际含菌量。认为药品卫生检验中,供试液的取样以采用混悬液为宜。
The total number of bacteria in 800 supernatant fluids and suspensions of five Chinese medicine dosage forms of ten cooperative units and the determination data of 160 western medicine dosage forms were analyzed by computer with ANOVA. The results showed that “the difference was very significant.” Suspension can truly reflect the actual bacterial content of test solution. That the health inspection of drugs, the sampling of the test solution to use suspension is appropriate.
