湖南省长沙市劳动保障、民政、财政等部门联手,在全市所有街道社区全面构建劳动保障工作平台,初步实现了社区平台与城区职介中心联网,形成了市、区、街道、社区四级劳动保障服务网络。依靠社区平台,全市已开发社区就业岗位14万个,帮助5万名下岗失业人员实现了再就业,3万名失业人员全部交由社区管理,12万名退休人员实现了社会化管理服务,初步实现了“就业工作进社区,社会保障入社区,城市低保在社区”的目标。
