随着人们生产生活用电需求的不断增加,电力资源得到了充分的、广泛的应用,这在一定程度上推动了电力企业发展。但是,电力企业要想在竞争激烈的市场环境中持续、健康的发展,需要做好人力资源绩效管理工作,合理配置职工、约束职工、调整职工状态等,促使职工在其岗位上高质高效地完成工作,提高电力业务水平,为企业创造更高的利益,推动企业良好发展。基于此,本文就电力企业人力资源绩效管理存在的薄弱环节进行分析,探究优化人力资源绩效管理的有效途径。
