目的:研究脑出血患者血浆内皮素和血清脂质过氧化物的变化及其相关性。方法:血浆内皮素和血清脂质过氧化物分别用放射免疫法和TBA法测定。结果:正常对照组内皮素和脂质过氧化物分别为5100±572pg/ml和201±072nmol/mL;脑出血急性期,内皮素和脂质过氧化物均明显高于正常对照组(P<001);在疾病恢复期二者均渐降至正常水平;血浆内皮素水平与血清脂质过氧化物水平呈正相关。结论:内皮素和脂质过氧化物在脑出血的病理生理中有十分重要的意义,且二者呈正相关关系。
Objective: To study the changes of plasma endothelin and serum lipid peroxidation in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and their correlation. Methods: Plasma endothelin and serum lipid peroxidation were measured by radioimmunoassay and TBA method respectively. Results: The levels of endothelin and lipid peroxidation were 5100 ± 572pg / ml and 201 ± 072nmol / mL respectively in the normal control group. In acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage, both endothelin and lipid peroxidation were obvious (P <001). Both of them decreased to normal level during the recovery period of the disease. The level of plasma endothelin was positively correlated with the level of serum lipid peroxidation. Conclusion: Endothelin and lipid peroxides have very important significance in the pathophysiology of cerebral hemorrhage, and they are positively correlated.
