面对现实21世纪的挑战,要在激烈的国际竞争中占据战略主动地位,关键在于人才。全面推进素质教育,提高民族素质,培养垮世纪人才,是当今教育的主旋律。教师是办学的主体,培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人要依靠教师,高素质的人才培养工作需要高素质的教师,所以加强教师队伍建设,提高教师素质,适应素质教育的要求是教育管理者和学校领导的工作重点。本人根据我区情况,谈谈农村初中教师队伍现状及建设措施。
