广东汕尾市近日下发通知,自2013年6月开始,该市将用一年时间在全市开展以“人才优先、工作争先”为主题的“基层人才工作促进年”活动。该市以广东省帮扶推动欠发达地区“扬帆计划”及其子项目为依托,加强与“珠江人才计划”、“广东特支计划”的对接,加快实施重点人才项目,拓展提升“扬帆计划”、“硕博人才引进计划”、“本土人才特支计划”、“人才智力扶持基层计划”。
