执行力是基层干部员工最基本的、最重要的能力。但在油田实际工作中,还存在着一些执行不力的现象,必须加以重视和引导。执行力建设既是一项基础性工作,也是一个系统工程,主体是人,关键在建设。因此,必须紧密结合当前形势和队伍实际,抓住主要矛盾和关键环节,制定切实可行的措施,全面提高基层队伍执行力。
Executive ability is the most basic and most important capability of grass-roots cadres and employees. However, in the actual work of the oilfield, there still exist some phenomena of ineffective implementation and must be given priority to and guidance. The implementation of executive power is not only a basic work but also a systematic project. The main body is people, and the key is building. Therefore, we must closely integrate the current situation with the actual team, seize the major contradictions and key links, formulate practical measures to comprehensively improve the implementation of the grass-roots team.
