目的:对食品中二氧化钛的测定方法进行规范化研究,使其存在的问题得到了解决。方法:样品经混合酸湿法消解后,在最佳光谱条件下,用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪进行食品中二氧化钛的测定。结果:按取样量1.000 g经消解完全后定容至25.0 ml计算,方法的检出限为0.07 mg/kg,加标回收率为92.8%~102.8%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~5.0%,定容后的测试样于4℃冰箱至少可以保存7 d。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、有良好的重现性及稳定性,对食品中不同浓度二氧化钛含量的测定均适用。
OBJECTIVE: To standardize the determination of titanium dioxide in food and to solve its existing problems. Methods: After the sample was digested by mixed acid wet method, the determination of titanium dioxide in food was carried out by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry under the optimum conditions. Results: The detection limit of the method was 0.07 mg / kg when the sample volume was 1.000 g and the volume was 25.0 ml. The recoveries were 92.8% -102.8%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.3% -5.0% After the test sample at 4 ℃ at least can be stored for 7 days. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive. It has good reproducibility and stability and is suitable for the determination of different concentrations of titanium dioxide in food.
