随着对内源性阿片样物质的研究的不断深入,人们也发现一些神经肽具有抗阿片的作用,因此提出“内源性抗阿片物质”的概念,认为它是与内源性阿片样物质相抗衡的一个系统。最近有人提出血管紧张素Ⅱ(A Ⅱ)是一种内源性的抗阿片物质。它可对抗阿片肽对豚鼠迴肠肌收缩的抑制作用,并在中枢对抗吗啡和阿片肽的镇痛作用。但至今尚无A Ⅱ在心血管活动上对抗阿片作用的报道。本工作观察了在大鼠脊髓水平、A Ⅱ对脑啡肽类似物降压作用
