试验证明,钾不仅影响铸造Al-Si合金中Si相的形核过程,而且影响其生长过程,钾使工业用Al-Si合金的凝固方式由内生生长转变为外生生长,作者也用电子探针分析了钾在Al-Si合金中的分布。
Experiments show that potassium not only affects the nucleation process of Si phase in the cast Al-Si alloy, but also affects its growth process. Potassium makes the solidification mode of industrial Al-Si alloy transform from endogenous growth to exogenous growth. The probe analyzes the distribution of potassium in Al-Si alloys.
