用放射免疫法测定了脑出血患者治疗前后血浆神经肽Y的浓度。结果显示,脑出血急性期与对照组相比血浆NPY含量无差异(p>0.05),经治疗在发病1～2周及3～4周血浆NPY含量较对照组显著升高(p均<0.01)。提示,NPY在脑出血发病机理中可能起着重要作用。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine plasma neuropeptide Y concentrations in patients with cerebral hemorrhage before and after treatment. The results showed that there was no significant difference in plasma NPY content between the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage and the control group (p> 0.05). The plasma NPY levels were significantly increased at 1 ~ 2 weeks and 3 ~ 4 weeks ). Tip, NPY may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage.
