维和部队官兵口腔疾病发病率高、需诊治数量大的情况,已引起联合国维和行动部门的高度重视。我国赴马里维和医疗分队口腔科,承担了近1/3维和官兵的疾病诊治工作。本文通过对我国赴马里维和官兵1年任务期间口腔疾病发病特点及规律,对如何完善我军口腔医疗保障进行了思考,提出了任务前完善对官兵的口腔检查及治疗、加强对官兵口腔卫生知识普及、合理安排官兵口腔疾病治疗及复诊、保障官兵健康饮食、保证正常体能训练、切实关注官兵心身健康,以及加强口腔物质器材保障等方面的对策建议。
The high incidence of oral diseases among officers and soldiers of peacekeeping troops and the large number of cases requiring medical treatment and treatment have drawn great attention from the UN peacekeeping operations. My country went to Maliwei Medical Unit and Department of Stomatology, assumed nearly 1/3-dimensional peacekeeping officers and men’s disease diagnosis and treatment. Based on the characteristics and regularity of oral disease incidence during the 1-year mission to Maliwei and officers and soldiers in our country, this article makes some suggestions on how to improve the oral medical security in our army. It proposes to improve the oral examination and treatment of officers and soldiers before the task, We should popularize and rationalize the treatment and follow-up of oral diseases of officers and men, ensure the healthy diet of officers and soldiers, ensure normal physical training, pay close attention to the mental and physical health of officers and men, and enhance the oral material and equipment support.
